Our doors are always open and we are happy for our clients, regular and new, to call in and get professional advice from our team while also enjoying a cup of tea or coffee.

Cutting Corner has been under the same management for the last 25 years, offering both experience and value. We pride ourselves on our salon to client service. We are conveniently located in Maugheraboy in Sligo, opposite the Showgrounds, home to Sligo Rovers FC. Parking is available for customers directly outside the salon.

Our friendly and welcoming staff are highly trained and we continue to provide on-going training to keep up with the latest fashions, products and techniques. We offer services for children’s hair, whether it’s their first cut or their First Holy Communion and we also provide expert advice on how to maintain and care for your hair. We are wheelchair friendly. 

Cutting Corner promote a range of high quality hair products for sale, which include Revlon, Keune, Orofluido, Bed Head, Echos Line and Uniq One, to ensure your hair is kept healthy and vibrant. We also offer Gift Sets to order as well as Gift Vouchers.

At Cutting Corner, we cater for every occasion including First Holy Communion, Confirmation, Weddings, Debs, Graduations, Hen Parties and other occasions. For your convenience, we operate a booking system as well as a walk in service for both men and women, but we do advise that you pre-book your appointment to avoid disappointment.
